Gaza and Lebanon War
Since October 7, 2023 I felt compelled to photograph for the heroic Israeli Soldiers and their families. It was something I could do. A gift so they could see who had come to be with them at the funeral, to comfort them at their homes during shiva and to visit them in recovery in the hospitals. I would drop everything and rush to the same day funeral. Kiriyat Shmoneh, Petach Tikva, Kiriyat Shaul and many in Jerusalem. Speaking four languages I can blend in and inconspicuously capture the love and honor displayed by the atendees. Eventually I created this website to tell the stories and share some of the images.

Sderot Police Station
The vibrant colors mask the pockmarks of granades, projectiles and bullets shot at this police station blasting a sleepy Shabbat Morning of Simchat Torah.
The day of rejoicing for our heritage, for the wisdom of Torah studied thousands of years. Traditions and comandments continued today as they were kept during the first and second temples of King David and King Solomon.
Unsuspecting, unmanned and out gunned they fought as lives depended on it.
